EDGETEQ S-380- 1650 FC:
HOMAG’s new Edgeteq S – 380 – 1650 FC machine is equipped with a precise gluing unit, a 2-motor snipping unit, a trimming tool and a profile trimming tool. A radius scraper, glue joint scraper and a buffing unit ensure a perfect finish. The high-powered motors of all the units ensure the unrestricted strength required for processing the broad product spectrum. To allow the optimum solution to be offered for every requirement, a joint trimming unit and a tiltable grooving unit (model 1660 FGC) are available as optional for the machines. With the optional Quickmelt gluing unit, optional workpiece gap optimization for even more effective production and the available separating and cleaning agents, this series is ideally equipped to cope with every conceivable requirement.
SANDTEQ W-200:
The series is as versatile as its users. On the basis of extensive experience and professional know-how, the available head combinations are adjusted to your conditions and tasks. Learn more about our performance packages with an optimal price-performance ratio. Workpiece thickness setting by four threaded spindles. Spring-loaded pressure rollers with solid guidance. The pressure elements are situated with minimum distance to the intervention area. An additional pressure roller is in front of and behind the workpiece detection. Electronically controlled segmented pressure beam system for efficiently retaining the pressure of the sanding belt. Automatic adjustment to the segments on the surface of the workpiece. Secure, careful workpiece transport for years. High quality feed belts and specially rubberized rollers ensure this. This series covers a wide range of applications. The SANDTEQ W-200 with 1 or 2 heads and 1350 mm working width can be configured for all manner of applications.
SAWTEQ B-180:
Whoever wants to have the edge over their competitors needs a panel dividing saw of unrivaled efficiency, offering reliability and high throughput at a competitive price. SPRAYTEQ S-100:
To enter the spray coating market, HOMAG initially concentrated on the SPRAYTEQ S-100 series. This spraying machine is designed to offer small and mediumsized companies a solution to switch from a manual to an automated spray coating process. The SPRAYTEQ S-100 is the spray machine for automated finishing of furniture parts, doors, stair components, and interior fittings with water-based and solvent-based coatings. It can be used as both a stand-alone spray machine or as part of an extensive finishing line. Equipped with a single oscillating arm, four spray guns and a workpiece transport with a vacuum conveyor belt covered with disposable paper, the SPRAYTEQ S-100 represents performance, flexibility, and reliability. Limited investment and operating costs combined with the achievable production volume mean that the machine is ideally suited to small and medium-sized companies looking for an effective solution for a high-quality spray application process.
