Curtains fell on the three-day grand exposition Boiler India 2022 in Mumbai on 16 September 2022, touted to be the biggest boiler event in the world. The event was inaugurated on September 14 at the hands of Dr. Suresh Khade, Labour Minister (Government of Maharashtra), and Mr. Uday Samant, Industries Minister, Government of Maharashtra in the august presence of Mrs. Vinita Vaid Singhal, Labour Secretary (GoM), Dr. Mahendra Kalyankar, Collector, Raigad, Mr. Dhawal Antapurkar, Director, Directorate of Steam Boilers (GoM), Mr. Vivek Bhatia, MD, Thyssenkrupp, Mr. Mateesh Rai, MD, Forbes Vyncke, Mr. Ashish Bhandari, MD, Thermax Limited, Mr. Rohinton Engineer, Jt. MD, Industrial Boilers Ltd., and Mr Bhanu Rajagopalan, MD, Orangebeak Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the organizer.
Leading exhibitors included Thermax Limited, Thyssenkrupp, Forbes Marshall & Forbes Vyncke, Industrial Boilers Ltd., KSB Pumps, Jindal Steel & Power Limited, Jindal SAW Limited, Tata Power and many more.
The event concluded at a glittering ceremony organized at the C. V. Raman auditorium of the sprawling indoor stadia of CIDCO Exhibition and Convention Centre, Navi Mumbai. Mr. Agus Saptono, Consul General of Indonesia was the chief guest. Also present on the dais were, Mr. Tolhah Ubaidi, the Economics Consul of Indonesia, Mr. Abdul Mannan, Director of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Rohinton Engineer, Mr. Dhawal Antapurkar and Mr. Bhanu Rajagopalan.
